there should be a way to have a field in the form instance that is not exposed at all into the view. ATM, hidden fields are rendered into hidden type html fields, which is good, but maybe we should:

• add an "expose" conf directive to elements which prevents the field from being rendered when true
• add a type (todo: find a name) that have the no-expose behavior
