Found an issue or have a request?
If you wish to request a new feature or found a bug, please report it using the New Ticket option but before submiting a new ticket:
- Search the currently open tickets to see if someone has already reported the same issue/feature request.
- Check the timeline to see if this problem has been solved already.
- Always make sure that you have the latest release, or at least check if the latest version has not solved the issue you found.
Create a ticket
If you already made sure that the issue or request you have hasn't been reported/fixed, please fill a new ticket. Remember to report the version you're currently using and the steps to reproduce (what you did, what you expected and what really happened).
