Builds ok on Haiku, just need Haiku config.guess and .sub files, ./configure, make and make install.
No test files were included so not sure how to test this one to verify it.
All refs to beos were only in autotools related files, so no mods needed here.
libspeex.a, and libspeex.la files are created.
